Congratulations to the beautiful Sonia & the awesome Nic, a brilliant couple who were married at Emmanuel College Chapel recently in front of an adoring crowd of family and friends. Sonia looked incredible, and photographing those amazing eyes (see below!) with that fascinator was so much fun they shouldn’t be allowed to call it work. Congratulations Lauren & Joe

Well the weather seems to be getting better these days, which meant Lauren & Joe were able to enjoy a beautiful winter wedding on Mt Tamborine with the crisp sun, fallen leaves and fresh air. Just gorgeous! Lauren & Joe were married at The Heritage, and after that we hit a few choice locations for a delightful photo shoot. We were accompanied for the day by Barb & Rob from Fisheye Studios who shoot their amazing wedding film. Honestly Lauren was so wonderful to photograph Nicole and I could still be there shooting! You weren’t bad either Joe, but seriously, she was great. Thanks so much for having us join your families for the day, and wherever you are in North America right now, we hope you are having a brilliant honeymoon! Congratulations Erin & Robert

Well there’s not debating it (ok, an ‘in’ joke, sorry Erin) – this couple were just the two most lovely people you’ll ever meet and what’s better is they found each other. Erin and Robert were married by the wonderful Karen Miles at The Hyatt Sanctuary Cove on another wet and windy day. Did it bother them? Not one bit! It was nothing a black umbrella couldn’t fix. It was such a pleasure to involved with such wonderful families and bridal party, and thank you for having us document such a happy day. Delta Goodrem and the Alex Perry dress

Two weeks ago I flew to Sydney late on a Sunday night to work with Delta Goodrem the next day on a location shoot at Little Bay in the city’s southern beaches. After a (way too early ) wake-up call on a cold morning, this is what I was presented with: Delta Goodrem, a $10K Alex Perry red dress and beautiful light. Needless to say I soon warmed to the task!

Olympic Basketballer Liz Cambage Photo Shoot

Just completed an amazing photo shoot in Melbourne with the equally amazing Liz Cambage. Liz is a member of the Australian Olympic basketball team, and plays for Tulsa Shock in the WNBA. A Melbourne girl, Liz’s Dad is Nigerian and her Mum Australian, and she totally rocks the basketball court and the camera loves her. Look out for Liz she’s going to be a star in London.

Photoshoot with Timomatic

A couple of weeks ago I worked with the awesome Timomatic on a photoshoot in Melbourne. What a great guy, and man he worked so hard and the guy can move! He is seriously more like an athlete, but a very laid-back, happy guy as well. I’m not going to post a whole heap of shots – just this one that I truly, truly love. I think image says the most about his personality and what I’m striving for with my photography. Enjoy.

Congratulations Emma & Richard

Do couples come any lovelier than this pair? We don’t think so! The delightful Emma and Richard we married at The Hyatt, Sanctuary Cove on what seemed like the only dry Saturday for a very long time. It was a beautiful event, and the couple were surrounded by loving family and friends from both here and the UK. Emma was styled by the wonderful Allure team, and after a gorgeous ceremony we Emma & Richard enjoyed a romantic photo shoot before letting their hair down at their reception. Congratulations Hayley & Michael

Wow, we’ve been to some wet weddings before, but this has to be one of the rainiest I’ve ever been too. The umbrellas are getting a workout in 2012 that’s for sure, not that it deterred this awesome couple Hayley and Michael. It’s supposed to be good luck etc etc, but you don’t need luck when you plan such a great day and are happy to marry each other no matter what. Besides, getting married at The Hyatt at Sanctuary Cove always gives us plenty of shooting options and we did score an awesome 15-minute break of rain-free photo time so we went hard!
